The red is cardinal flower, hardy zone 4 or higher, the white flower is rain lily, hardy zone 7 or higher, and the blue flower is Bluebells compacta, hardy zone 8 or higher. The white flower in the lower left corner is Star Grass hardy zone 8 or higher.

BTW, the Rain lily blooms every time it rains.
